摘要 最大长度序列(MLS)脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)是一种新的BAEP检测方法,它较常规法BAEP可以明显提高短声刺激速率,加大神经元负荷,有助于检出异常者。MLSBAEP已被证明可以用于新生儿生理和病理状态下脑干听觉功能的检测,且波形随刺激速率增加相应变化,近中枢部分变化更加明显。在窒息足月儿和部分极早早产儿的研究中,通过MLS方法提高刺激速率可以发现更多的生理病理变化,在455和910次/秒的高速率刺激时差异更加明显。
