骨髓基质细胞向心肌分化的研究及应用进展

摘要 骨髓基质干细胞具有自我更新和横向分化能力,可在体内、体外诱导分化为心肌细胞,其分化机制尚不清楚,该文从细胞分化基因表达调控和环境因素等方面对骨髓基质干细胞向心肌细胞分化机制进行探讨,并对其实验研究现状、应用情况、存在问题及前景进行综述。
