摘要
投资是面向未来的,有很强的不确定性,具有很大的风险。根据投资项目的特点,从项目系统和非系统风险两方面建立投资项目风险综合评价体系,应用灰色系统理论于投资项目风险评价,对投资项目决策具有指导意义。
The investment is to face the future,having very large uncertainty and big risk. The thesis establishes the comprehensive evaluation system and puts up how to appraise the risk of investment projection in the light of the theory of gray system.
