摘要
在新形势下将价值工程用于电子政务建设,能在确保必要功能的前提下降低行政成本,加快建设速度,开辟电子政务建设的新途径,有助于各级政府进一步提高行政能力。
Using value engineering in electronic government projects in the new circumstances, we can speed up the process, reduce system life cycle cost, develop new and better ahematives for the projects, and improve the government governance capability, while keeping all necessary system functions.
