摘要 钙调神经磷酸酶(calcineurin,CaN)是Ca2+的下游因子,在细胞内钙升高引起的心肌肥大中有重要作用。现综述Ca2+CaN及其下游因子活化T细胞核因子3(NFAT3)和锌指转录因子(GATA4)在心肌肥大中的作用及近年的研究进展。 Calcineurin is the downstream factor of calcium,which is involved in the cardiac hypertrophy induced by elevating intracel- lular calcium. In the article, the advances in studing on the calcinerurin and its downstream factor, nuclear factor of activated T cell 3 ( NFAT3) and GATA4 in cardiac hypertrophy were summarized.
