β肾上腺素能受体激动剂与心肌细胞凋亡 被引量:1

β-Adrenoceptor Agonist and Cardiomyocyte Apoptosis

摘要 β肾上腺素能受体是调节心脏功能的主要受体。激动剂与受体结合后调节心脏功能,以适应各种应激和活动。但长期高水平的激动剂刺激受体可引起心脏的病理损害,导致心肌细胞凋亡。现就β肾上腺素能受体激动剂介导心肌细胞凋亡的蛋白激酶A(PKA)、钙/钙调磷酸酶Ⅱ(Ca2+/CaMKⅡ)、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPKs)等信号转导通路进行综述。 β-adrenoceptor is one of major receptors participating in the regulation of cardiac function. Stimulation of the receptor results in the alteration of cardiac function to fit to the diverse changes of circumstance. But under long-term stimulation of the receptor can induce myocardial injury including apoptosis. This article reviews the signaling pathway of myocardial apoptosis induced by β-adrenoceptor agonist including the protein kinase A (PKA) ,Ca^2+/ calcineurin Ⅱ ,mitogen-activated protein kinases(MAPKs) and so on.
