摘要 治疗性血管生成是近年来提出的新概念。动物实验已显示治疗性血管新生基因治疗心肌缺血的光明前途,最近公布的若干安慰剂对照、双盲临床试验更为临床开展基因治疗缺血性心脏病揭开帷幕。 The concept of therapeutic angiogenesis is defined in recent years. Successful animal studies have led to the expectation that gene therapy by angiogenesis is promising. The recent several published placebo-controlled and blinded clinical trials will inaugurate a new era in ischemic heart disease of gene therapy in clinical application.
