雌激素替代治疗对心血管病的影响

Effect of Hormone Replacement on Cardiovascular Disease

摘要 雌激素对心血管的保护作用是颇具争议的问题,近年来反对雌激素替代治疗之声鹊起,文章综述了国内外的不同观点及试验结果,并从分子生物学角度进行了分析。 It is a controversial issue that hormone therapy reduces incidence of coronary heart disease in postmenopausal women. In recent years, objected against this view of approval emerged more and more. In this article, We summarized the different opinions test conclusion of related issue and further analyzed these from molecular biological aspect.
