摘要
无固定期限的劳动合同,又称不定期劳动合同,是劳动合同的一种类型,但目前仍有不少用人单位和劳动者对这一合同类型认识模糊,在实践中存在不少误区。本文从无固定期限劳动合同的订立、变更、终止和解除等方面援引国家现有政策法规,进行一些认识性探讨。
