摘要
在经济全球化背景下,中国商业银行面临着巨大的挑战,如何应对挑战,我们通过对经济体制、营销理念、营销模式以及人才四个方面的问题分析,提出了中国商业银行的基本营销对策。即通过对内部员工的营销,以顾客满意为中心,实施差异化的经营策略等,从而产生商业银行服务营销的组合效应。
Under the economic globalization, China's commercial banks confront huge challenges. The paper gives an analysis on economic system, marketing ideology, marketing pattern and human resources, putting forward some basic marketing countermeasures for China's commercial banks. The strategy will be centered by customer--orientation and differentiated business tactics, with a target of bringing combined effect in banking marketing service.
