摘要
1998年以来我国房地产业的快速发展对促进国民经济增长、推进城镇化进程、改善人民生活等方面发挥了积极的作用。但是,也应当看到,当前房地产市场区域性、结构性问题比较突出,主要表现在一些地区存在房地产投资规模过大,商品住房价格上涨过快,供应结构不合理,市场秩序比较混乱等突出问题。这就要求必须进一步加强对房地产市场的引导和调控,及时解决商品住房市场运行中的矛盾和问题,努力实现商品住房供求基本平衡,切实稳定住房价格,促进房地产业的健康发展。
Ever since 1998, the fast development of real estate promoted the growth of national economy, urbanization and the level of people's life. However, there still exist some problems in this industry, namely, over investment, over speedy of house price increase, unreasonable supply structure and market chaos. In order to solve these problems, appropriate macro control and direction should be made to realize the market equilibrium.
