摘要
当前,我们应有重点地发展小城镇,将小城镇的功能特性定位为农业、农村和农民服务,使小城镇成为城乡协调发展的重要介质,实现以城带乡、以乡促城、“城乡相互促进、协调发展”的目标。小城镇建设是我国城镇化系统工程的一个重要环节,是统筹城乡协调发展的基础工程。
Small towns and cities in China should be service center for agriculture, countryside and farmers, becoming the medium of urban and rural coordination development. The fast development of small towns and cities is helpful for realizing the goal of a coordinated developing society. Small towns and cities is a key chain in China＇s urbanization and the base for coordinated development of the whole society.
