摘要
作者采用ＮＴ－ＣＲＥ对６例肾脏疾病患者进行了肾动脉栓塞治疗，其中４例为肾切除术前栓塞，２例为晚期肾癌的姑息性治疗。所有病例均取得了较为满意的疗效，无一发生栓塞后综合症以外的并发症。本文还对所用材料、方法、优越性及操作注意事项作了讨论。
Abstract NT-CRE(Nitinol arterioembolizer in conical 3piral and rugby spiral forms) has been employed in therapeutic embolization of renal artery for 6 patients since 1990. Satisfactory results were obtained in all cases without complications except post-embolization syndrome. The materials used and the method, indication advantages and the points for attention in the procedure were discussed.
