阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的合成及增强试验 被引量:3

摘要 采用无皂乳液聚合技术合成了聚丙烯酰胺乳液。研究了单体配比、pH值、反应温度、反应时间、引发剂用量对聚合乳液的制备及稳定性的影响。应用实验表明,制备的乳液加到草浆中,通过对纸张的裂断长、耐破指数、撕裂指数、耐折度等的测定,发现当乳液的用量为0.8%时,对提高纸张的干强度有明显的作用。 A soap-free polyaerylate emulsion was prepared. The influences of the ratio of the reactants, pH value on the oligomer polymerization system,and the influences of reaction temperature,the amount of oligomer, (NH4)2S2O8 on the soap-free emulsion polymerization system and its stability were studied. The application results showed that paper breaking length, burst index increased 22.4% , 17.1% resperctively when 0.8% emulsion (based on oven-dried pulp) was added in wheat straw pulp.
