摘要
在实验室条件下,对国产瓜尔胶在卷烟纸、新闻纸中的应用效果作了研究。结果表明,非离子型瓜尔胶VF-3000、VF-3300增强剂可明显提高卷烟纸的抗张强度,VF-3000的加入量为0.8%,抗张指数提高了41%,VF-3300添加量为0.5%时,抗张指数提高了55%;瓜尔胶VF-3000、VF-3300增强剂能提高新闻纸的表面强度,拉毛速度都在280cm/s以上,比某纸厂现行使用的助剂提高2%。阳离子型瓜尔胶VF-4000助留助滤剂能明显提高卷烟纸的助留助滤作用,同时提高纸页的匀度,瓜尔胶VF-4000用量为0.08%,灰分含量提高了31.9%,白水浓度下降18%;在新闻纸中对填料留着有一定的效果,本实验条件下合适用量为0.08%。
Under lab conditions, the application of our country＇s guar gum on cigarette paper and news paper was studied. The results showed that by adding 0.8% and 0.5% guar gum VF-3000, VF-3300 as a strengthener to cigarette paper, the tensile index increased 41% and 55% respectively. Compared with normal strengthener, VF-3000 and VF- 3300 can strengthen surface strength and increase picking speed about 2% to 280cm/s. By adding 0.08% VF-4000 to cigarette paper to increase its filtering function, the concentration of ash increased 31.9% and concentration of white water reduced 18%. There were similar results in news paper.
