摘要
采用数值方法计算了高铬铸铁复合轧辊在使用过程中轧辊表面热应力的分布,计算结果表明:轧辊表面承受的应力值已超过高铬铸铁材料的断裂强度。
The distribution of thermal stress on the high - chrome cast iron roll in use is calculated with the numerical analysis method. The calculations show that the stress value borne by rollers' surface has exceeded the fracture strength of high chrome cast iron materials.
