摘要
农业可持续发展是可持续发展理论在农业和农村经济、社会、资源环境领域的体现,是世界农业发展的必然趋势。建立全面、科学准确的指标体系是农业可持续发展的一项十分重要的工作,它能恰如其分地反映农业可持续发展的内涵,为实现农业可持续发展提供合理的数量规范。文章在对渭源县农业与农村资源环境及经济社会状况调查的基础上,构建了适合本县农业可持续发展的指标体系,采用多目标加权求和综合评价模型进行了农业可持续发展的评价,评价结果是渭源县总体上处于不可持续发展状态,其中资源环境方面处于可持续发展状态,经济、社会方面处于不可持续发展状态。通过对评价结果的分析得出:渭源县应采取多项措施大力发展经济,提高社会生活水平,同时也要注意保持生态环境。
Agricultural sustainable development is the embodiment of sustainable development theory in agricultural and countryside economy, society, resource and environment. It is the inexorable trend of the world agriculture. Establishing comprehensive and accurate indicate system is an important job, which can reflect the intension of agricultural sustainable development and provide rational quantity norm. Based on the investigation in Weiyuan, indicator system of agricultural sustainable development that suitable for Weiyuan County was established. Using multi-goal weighted sum comprehensive evaluation mould, situation of agricultural sustainable development of this area was evaluated. The results of evaluation showed that Weiyuan was totally in unsustainable development state, the resource and environment system was in sustainable state, economy and society system was in unsustainable development state. Analysis of evaluation results indicated that Weiyuan county should take measures to develop economy, improve life level, and reserve ecology environment.
