摘要
提出了大学镇的概念,通过华风大学镇的建设,从地方经济,城乡劳动力就业,城市化进程,城市布局,交通,人的观念,环境等方面阐述所带来的积极效应和负面作用.并提出一些建议,以达到社会、经济、环境三方面效益的最优化.
This paper brings up the conception of university town. Through the development of the Huafeng University Town, from the regional economics, the labor force of the Nanchong City and town, urbanization process, the composition of city, communication, the folk＇s concept, environment etc, this article has described the positive and negative effects on the local from the new campus, and suggested some advices to gain the benefit of society, economy and environment to optimization.
