摘要 本文通过对新疆特色野生植物资源新疆紫草种子进行化学、温度处理及发芽床比较,研究新疆紫草种子发芽特性,结果表明,新疆紫草种子发芽适宜温度为20~30℃,25℃时发芽率最高,温度过高或过低,发芽率均较低;清水浸种最佳,最佳浸种时间为24h;50 mg/LIAA在一定程度上有利于种子萌发;紫草种子发芽率因发芽床而异,砂床较佳,且砂间优于砂上. This trial was conducted using chemical and temperature treatments and seed-bed for studying the germination characteristics of Arnebiaeuchroma (Royle) Johnst seed, the results indicated that germination temperature at 20 ~ 30℃ were suitable for Amebiaeuchroma seed. The germination rate reached the highest at 25℃. When the temperature was too high or too low, it had a low germination rate. The seeds immersed water was to grow the best and the best immersing time was 24 h. 50 mg/L IAA was benefit for germination to some extent. The germination rates were variable because of different germination beds, the sand-bed was better and in sand was better than on sand.
