摘要
目的评估内注外切保留齿线术治疗环状混合痔的疗效。方法将环状混合痔112例随机分为治疗组、对照组各56例,治疗组采用内注外切保留齿线术,对照组采用传统外剥内扎手术。观察两组平均住院时间、肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿、肛门潮湿、肛周皮赘、复发率、治愈率等指标。结果两组各项观察指标差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论内注外切保留齿线术治疗环状混合痔疗效确切,创伤小,并发症少,治愈率高,值得推广。
[Objective] For the purpose of assessing the curative effects of the internal injection and external excision with the dentate line preserved for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. [Methods] 112 cases of the were randomly into the treatment group （56 cases） and the control group （56 cases）, the treatment group were subjected to the internal hemorrhoid injection and external hemorrhoid excision with the dentate line preserved operation, the control group to the traditional external hemorrhoid dissection and internal hemorrhoid ligation. The observed indexes included the healing time, anal pain, anal dedma, anal discharge, perianal skin tag, the recurrence rate and the curative rate. [Results] The observed indexes of two groups has significant differences （P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The internal hemorrhoid injection and external hemorrhoid excision with the dentate line preserved has such advantages as good curative effects, smaller incised wound, fewer complications, higher curative rate, and is worth spreading.
