摘要
根据蓄热烧嘴热工特性,对轧钢加热炉采用蜂窝蓄热烧嘴中出现的一些问题进行了分析,总结出合理的蓄热烧嘴的结构、蓄热体尺寸、预热气体流量、烧嘴换向时间等热工参数,提出蜂窝蓄热烧嘴在实际设计中应注意的几个方面,使其发挥更好的换热效果。
Some problems raised in the honeycomb regenerative burners used in reheating furnaces for rolling based on therm-engineering characteristics for honeycomb regenerative burner, summarize the best Therm-engineering parameter such as configuration and features and the flow of preheated air and time change for Honeycomb Regenerative Burner, several aspects should be taken into account with respect of designing honeycomb regenerative burner so that a better heat exchange result can be obtained.
