粮食机械绿色启动和节能运行装置研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对粮食机械使用的三相异步电动机直接启动时对电网和机械的冲击,对供电设备要求过高和降压软启动过程中存在的对电网的污染,启动力矩小以及电动机在正常运行过程中,尤其在空载和轻载状态下的非经济运行进行了全面分析和研究.结合变频器恒力矩平滑启动的优点和目前节电型软启动器的特点,开发出了一种适用于粮食机械的基于人工智能的交流异步电动机绿色启动和节能运行的装置,该装置在粮食传送带系统中的应用结果表明:电机启动冲击小,启动力矩大,电网污染小,电能节约明显. The impact on the power grid and machine from three phase asynchronous motor on grain processing machine when start directly, the exorbitant requirement on the power supplying equipment and the contamination of the common used brownout softly starting process to the power grid, the low start moment and the noncommercial running procedure when running normally or in the state of light or no load were analyzed and researched roundly. According to the advantage of the steady moment smooth starting of transducer and the character of the brownout softly starter, a environment conscious device of motor starting and running on asynchronous alternating current motor was exploited based on the artificial intelligence.The device equipped on the motor could reduce the impact, increase the starting moment, reduce contamination to the power grid and save electric energy obviously.
