摘要
从中间组织角度对产业集群进行经济学解析,认为产业集群是一种介于市场和企业之间的特殊组织形式,它的存在在于弥补纯粹市场机制与纯粹企业组织的失效。政府在地区产业集群发展过程中通过制定适当的集群发展政策,可以推动地方产业集群的发展。
This paper explains the industrial clustering based on quasi intergration, as a special organization between market and firm, It is to make up for the shortage of pure market system firm system, So government push the development of local industrial clustering through right industrical policy.
