摘要
用过硫酸铵((NH4)2S2O8)/亚硫酸氢钠(NaHSO3)氧化-还原引发体系制备了乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(VTES)改性甲基丙稀酸甲酯(MMA)/丙烯酸丁酯(BA)聚合物乳液,研究了不同引发体系和反应温度下的时间-转化率曲线,得出该体系的最佳实验条件为VTES(质量分数)为10%,氧化剂与还原剂摩尔比为1∶1,反应温度为50℃.在对乳液和乳胶膜的性能研究中发现,VTES的加入显著提高了乳胶膜的耐水性.由于交联结构的形成,乳胶膜的抗拉强度明显提高,但断裂伸长率有下降.
In the copolymerization of vinyl - triethoxysilane (VTES) and acylates, the relation of conversion rate and time was investigated at different temperatures and in different initiator systems. Best prepration condition of VTES(wt) at 10 % was got when (NH4 )2S2O8/NaHSO3 was 10 mmol/10 mM and polymerization temperature was 50 ℃. The results showed that with the introduction of VTES, better water - resistance and stress at break of latex film were reached,and poor elongation at break was led by the formation of crossing - linking structure.
