多斜孔板气膜冷却性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对8种不同孔板结构的多斜孔板,应用传质/传热相似方法,进行了流量系数和冷却效果的试验研究。结果表明,BRF15449型孔板的冷却性能最好;气膜分布显著受非均匀主流条件影响;必须在航空发动机环境下进行测量,才能得到可靠的性能数据。 Experiments were conducted to investigate the flow coefficients and cooling effects of 8 different inclined multi - hole plates by using the similitude method of mass/heat transfer. The results show that the plate BRFI5449 possesses the best cooling performance, and that the film distribution is significantly influenced by non - uniform mainstream. The results also prove that reliable performance data can only be obtained in engine operating conditions.
