摘要
在某型航空发动机试车后,发现涡轮盘、导流盘和封严环组件的压紧螺母与封严环之间出现间隙,为此,对该组件进行了有限元计算分析。计算中考虑了接触、过盈配合及摩擦力,探讨了压紧螺母松动的原因,提出了改进措施,并在实践中进行了验证。
During the inspection after an engine test, a gap between the clamp nuts and sealing ring ( i. e. clamp nut looseness) is found in turbine rotor assembly, which includes turbine disc, guide disc and seal ring. Finite element analysis is conducted, taking into consideration the contact, interference fit and friction. The reasons for clamp nut looseness are explored. Some modifications are presented and validated in subsequent engine tests.
