摘要
根据《学生体质健康标准》实施办法的规定,对我校大学生进行体质健康检测,得到目前我校两届大学生体质健康的总体水平指标,并找出与体育教学密切相关的体质健康指标作为体育教学改革的切入点,应以体质健康教育为中心,加强体育课教学目标、教学组织形式、教学内容和实际操作等方面进行深入改革,开展体育与健康教育,建立以增强大学生体质为目标的多元体育教学体系·
