摘要
本实验应用放射免疫技术观察分析了低氧条件下失血性休克家兔血浆血栓素和前列环素含量变化及其与肺损伤的关系。实验结果表明低氧条件下失血性休克后TXB_2和6KPGF_1a.的平衡失调直接参与了休克后肺损伤的发病,是低氧条件下失血性休克后肺损伤的重要原因,而用高渗盐液复苏能纠正其TXB_2和6KPGF_1a.的平衡失调,降低肺损伤的程度,从而具有明显的休克后肺损伤的保护作用。
he relationship between serum thromboxane A_2-prostacyclin content and lung injuries inhemorrhagic shock rabbits under acute hypoxia was studied by radioimmunoassay and othermethods.The restilts showed that the rabbits serum TXB_2 and 6KPGF_la were increased afterhemorrhagic shock under hypoxia,but TXB_2 increased more(P<0.0l)TXB_2/6KPGFla ratio roseobviously. At the same time,lung tissue ahowed obvious injuries,pulmonary gas exchange showeddysfunction seriously.After infusing hypertonic saline solution,the degree of lung irijuries re- duced PaO_2 and PAO_2 rose,serum TXB_2 reduced,and 6KPGF_la rose obviously,The results indi-cated that the thromboxane A_2 and prostacyclin took direct part in pathogenesis of lung injuriesafter shock,the hypertonic saline could both correct the TXB_2-6KPGF_la ratio imbalance and re-duce lung injuries. It is evident that hypertonic saline show protect effect for lung injuries afterhemorrhagic shock under hypoxia.
