摘要
农民增收是目前党和政府十分重要的经济和政治任务.可是目前产品成本高和价格低、经营结构不合理、农民负担重、就业不足等因素严重制约了农民增收;因此,应采取切实可行的政策措施:要加强对农业的支持和保护,切实调整农业经济结构,改革户籍管理制度,有效地发展劳务经济,政府加大投入力度,从各方面减轻农民负担.
The core of ＂three problems about agriculture farmer＇s income, was the key problem related to whether the national well--off society could be realized, and that wasnot only the major economic problem, but also the major political one at the same time. This article analyed the factors that affected the farmers＂ income, and put forward some countermeasures improve the farmers＂ income.
