摘要
征用农民的土地涉及到社会各个方面的利益,随着市场经济体制的建立,土地的经济价值逐渐得到体现,引起有关利益集团对土地收益的追逐。由于用地单位的性质、级别不同,地方政府有关部门参与征地过程的程度也不同,所以征地有多种方式,而且土地征用补偿额度不同.以B县1999年至2001年实际征地资料为依据,探讨国家公益、地方公益和盈利性用地三类征地补偿问题.
Expropriating the land of farmers involved the benefits of different groups. With the establishment of market economy system, the value of landappeared gradually, which led involved interest groups to seek the gain of land. In the process of expropriating, due to the diffferent properties and the levels of land using unit, the various involvement of related departments of local government, there were many forms of land expropriation, and the compensation for land expropriation varied greatly. In this thesis, I would discuss the difference of compensation of lands expropriated for national public utility, local public utility or rpofitability.
