摘要
目的探讨血液透析中带涤纶环深静脉留置导管功能丧失的原因及护理措施。方法选择在我院留置导管维持血液透析患者99例,根据透析充分性要求及维持充分透析的最低体外循环血量,判断导管功能丧失的原因及表现。结果 99例患者108例次留置导管使用了1 644个患者月,平均使用14．9个月,发生导管功能丧失57例143 次,经及时判断处理后,达到血液透析要求139次,干预不成功予以拔管4例。结论严格导管使用方法,正确判断导管功能丧失的原因和防止导管感染等并发症的发生,有利于血液透析患者的治疗和康复。
Objective To explore the causes of dysfunction of PermCath Dual Lumen Catheters and its nursing care. Methods According to the requirement of hemodialysis sufficiency and the minimum volume of extraeorporeal eireulation sustaining sufficient hemodialysis, 99 patients with indwelling catheters for long-term hemodlialysis were selected in our hospital to study the causes and signs of catheter dysfunction. Results One hundred and eight cases in 99 patients used indwelling catheters for 164d patient-months, overaged 14.9 months in each patient. Among them, catheter dysfunction happened in 57 patients or 143 cases. Due to timely recognition and management, 139 cases reached the requirement of hemodialysis sufficiency, but 4 cases were extubated after interventional failure. Conclusion The method of the catheter usage should be strictly followed the causes of catheter dysfunction, should be discovered ontime, and complications such as infection should be properly prevented. These measures are helpful for the treatment and recovery of hemodialyzed patients.
