摘要
采用硫代巴比受酸反应产物比色法对19例急性一氧化碳中毒外用血过氧化脂质（LPO）进行检测，结果显示．中毒急性期LPO水平明显高于正常对照（P＜0．05），轻度中毒与正常对照无明显差异，中、重度中毒显著增高（P＜0．01，P＜0．001）。表明急性一氧化碳中毒的病情变化与自由基的损害作用有密切关系。
The peripheral blood lipid peroxide (LPO) in 19 patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning was detected by the colorimetry to the reaction product of thiobarbituric acid. The results showed that the LPO level in acute stage was significantly higher than that in normal control group (P<0.05),there was no significant difference between mild intoxication and the normal control group,but there was a significant increase in moderate (P<0. 01) and severe intoxication (P<0. 00 ). These indicate there is the close relation between the patholog ic process of the acute carbon monoxide poisoning and the injury of free radicals.
