虚拟轴机床研抛模具自由曲面的分片规划 被引量:5

摘要 为了提高模具自由曲面的研抛精度和效率,根据计算机图形信息构造特点,提出了基于曲率的自由曲面自适应分片方法。将自由曲面划分为一系列曲面信息与工艺特征相同或相似的曲面片族,采用相同的工具和相近的工艺参数进行研抛加工,利用等残留高度法对片内的研抛轨迹进行合理优化,以提高研抛质量和加工效率。 In order to improve polishing accuracy and efficiency of die free-form surface, the paper puts forward an adaptive curvature-based partition planning method for free-form surface on basis of computer graphic information construction features. The free-form surface will be classified into a series of surface piece families with a same or similar surface information and technological characteristics. The similar surface piece family will be polished and processed by means of same the tool and the similar technological parameters. Polishing path within pieces will be rationalized and optimized by using the equal-residual height method to improve polishing quality and processing efficiency.
