摘要
用丙醇和碳酸二甲酯(DMC)液相酯交换合成碳酸二丙酯(DPC),筛选出催化性能和稳定性较好的KOH/Naβ固体碱催化剂,考察了KOH负载量对催化剂酯交换性能的影响。实验结果表明,KOH负载量(以K的质量分数计)为12%时,催化剂对酯交换反应的催化性能最好,在丙醇与DMC摩尔比4∶1、催化剂和反应物的质量比0.04、反应温度90℃、反应时间6h的条件下,DMC的转化率和DPC的选择性分别达到95.5%和93.6%。CO2-程序升温脱附表征结果表明,催化剂上的弱碱中心是催化剂的活性中心,且碱量越大,催化剂的催化性能越好。
Synthesis of dipropyl carbonate ( DPC ) from dimethyl carbonate ( DMC ) and propyl alcohol by transesterification was studied. A series of supported solid base catalysts were prepared and their catalytic activities were evaluated by transesterification. KOH/Naβ molecular sieve was the most effective among the tested catalysts. Effects of KOH loadings on catalyst activity were investigated and KOH loading( mass fraction of K)of 12% was the highest in activity. Under optimal conditions: n ( propyl alcohol) : n (DMC) = 4 : 1, m(catalyst) :m(reactant) =0.04,90℃ ,6 h,DMC conversion and DPC selectivity were 95.5% and 93.6% respectively. Catalysts were characterized by CO2 temperature - programmed desorption ( CO2 - TPD ). Weak basic sites were active sites for the transesterification. The catalyst activity was direct proportional to the amount of weak basic sites on catalyst.
