摘要
通过分析一些学者对水资源承载能力所作的定义,从水资源可持续利用的角度,探讨水资源承载能力的基本概念、理论内涵及评价指标体系,并分析了影响水资源承载能力的主要因素,提出一套水资源承载度指标计算和水资源承载能力计算方法。通过对计算模型的分析,可以看出,对于一定区域的某一时段,在可利用的水资源量、人均需水量一定的情况下,水资源承载能力的求解是一个以配水系数为决策变量的线性优化问题。
Based on the analysis of the definition of water resources carrying capacity proposed by some scholars, the basic concept, theoretical connotation, and evaluation index system of water resources carrying capacity are studied from the aspect of water resources sustainable utilization. The main influencing factors for water resources carrying capacity are analyzed, and a method to calculate the water resources bearing capacity index and carrying capacity is proposed. The analysis of the calculation model shows that when available water resources and per capita water demand are fixed, the calculation of water resources carrying capacity is a linear optimization problem, with the decision variable of the distribution coefficient in a fixed time and region.
