摘要
针对目前国内外电子政务的发展状况,作者讨论了采用WebService和.NET技术实现电子政务空间信息服务系统的优势,分析了政府部门电子政务GIS业务模型,研究了基于WebService和.NET技术的空间信息服务系统的总体框架,设计了系统的软件体系结构。最后,作者介绍了实验系统的开发情况。
Based on the status of the E-Government,the authors discuss the advantages of the Spatial Information Service System of E-Government based on Web Service,and analyze the Office-GIS model of Government.The accthors focus on its framework and software design also the development of the system.
