摘要
采用氢化物发生-电感耦和等离子体原子发射光谱法(HG-ICP-AES)研究测定Se(Ⅳ), Se(Ⅵ)的方法,系统地考察了酸介质、 NaBH4浓度及共存元素的影响,建立了干扰消除的方法,确定了最佳测定条件.Se(Ⅳ), Se(Ⅵ)的检出限为0.5μg·L-1,线性范围0~0.1mg·L-1.用环境标准物质进行对照,其测定值均在给定的标准范围内.
A method to determine the content of selenium(Ⅳ) and selenium(Ⅵ) by hydride generation inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry is established. The influences of acidic medium, the concentration of NaBH4 and other concomitant elements are examined systemically. Methods to eliminate interferences are developed. The optimal analytical conditions are discussed and examined. The detection limit of Se(Ⅳ) and Se(Ⅵ) is 0. 5 μg·L^-1, the linear range is 0- 0. 1 mg·L^-1. The value of selenium content detected in standard environmental sample is consistent with the standard value.
