摘要
一个国家经济发展的过程同时也是经济结构不断调整的过程。结构调整的实质是经济利益关系的调整。结构调整不仅带来可供分配的利益总量的增长,而且在结构调整过程中不同要素所有者之间、不同产业部门之间、不同地区之间的利益分配是非均衡的。这就带来经济利益关系格局的变化。经济利益关系的变动也通过两个渠道影响到结构调整。经济利益关系的变革与结构调整实际上是一个一体化互动的过程。
The progress of economy is also the process of the adjustment of the economic structure. The structure adjustment is materially the adjustment of the economic interests relationship. The structure adjustment will increase the gross economic interests for distribution. Along with the adjustment of the interests distribution between different factor owners, different industry branches and different areas is non-equilibrium. And the adjustment will further influence the structure of the interests relationship. The transformation of the interests relationship influence the adjustment of the economy structure in two ways. The interests relationship changes together with the structure transformation.
