摘要
目的对临床上常用的八种弹力圈拉伸性能进行测定研究.方法用万能材料试验机对八种弹力圈进行拉伸试验,分析拉力在0~500克范围内拉力和拉伸长度之间的关系,并在a=0.05的显著性水平对弹性系数K进行单因素方差分析.结果不同种弹力圈的弹性系数有差异,在0~500克范围内拉力和拉伸长度之间近似直线关系.结论在临床上当拉力小于500克力时,弹力圈的弹性形变基本在弹性阶段.
Objective To investigate tensile properties of 8 orthodontic elastic modules. Methods The specimens were tested on an Instron testing machine. The relationship between force and extension with a streching force range of 0-500 g was explored and the elasticity modulus K was analysed. Results The elasticity modulus K of various elastic modules was different. A similar linear relationship between force and extension was found with a stretching force range of 0-500 g. Conclusions When the tensile force was lower than 500 g, the behaviour of the elastic modules could be believed in the plastic phase.
