经阴道彩色多普勒超声对诱导排卵子宫内膜容受性的评价 被引量:4

Assessment of endometrial receptivity detected by transvaginal color Doppler flow imaging in patients treated with ovulation induction

摘要 目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声评价诱导排卵患者子宫内膜容受性的临床价值。方法将53例无排卵不孕患者分为中药+尿促性素(HMG)组28例(67个周期),HMG组25例(66个周期)。应用经阴道彩色多普勒超声检测治疗后子宫内膜厚度、类型及子宫动脉血流动力学各项参数。结果妊娠组与非妊娠组及中药+HMG与HMG组人绒毛膜促性腺激素注射日子宫内膜厚度、类型及子宫动脉血流动力学参数搏动指数、阻力指数比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声检测子宫内膜厚度、类型及子宫动脉血流动力学参数可作为评估子宫内膜容受性的指标,补肾中药能提高HMG诱导排卵周期的子宫内膜容受性。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of endometrial receptivity detected by transvaginal color Doppler flow imaging(TV-CDFI) in patients treated with ovulation induction. Methods Fifty-three anovulation patients were divided into two groups at random, 28 cases (67 cycles) in the combined group treated with traditional Chinese medicine and human menopausal gonadotropin(HMG), and 25 cases(66 cycles) in the HMG group were treated with HMG alone. The endometrial thickness, patterns and the parameters of the uterine artery blood flow were detected by TV-CDFI. Results There were significant differences between the conception and non-conception group, and between the combined group and the HMG group in endometrial thickness, patterns and the parameters of the uterne artery blood flow on the day of HCG injection( P〈0.05). Conclusions Endometrial thickness, patterns and parameters of uterine artery blood flow detected by TV-CDFI can be used as an index of endometrial receptivity, and traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying kidney can improve the endometrial receptivity in the anovulation cycles induced by HMG.
