摘要
目的探讨胃十二指肠水窗法在壶腹癌超声诊断中的价值。方法63例壶腹癌患者分为常规组35例与水窗组(含饮水前与饮水后)28例,将超声检查结果分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级诊断,行常规组与水窗组饮水前后的壶腹癌超声准确率及各级诊断率比较。结果水窗组饮水后壶腹癌的超声诊断准确率96.43%(27/28)与饮水前的60.71%(17/28)及常规组的54.29%(19/35)比较差异均有非常显著性意义,水窗组饮水后Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级超声诊断率与饮水前及常规组比较差异同样有非常显著性意义(均P<0.01),而水窗组饮水前与常规组的超声诊断准确率与Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级超声诊断率比较差异均无显著性意义(均P>0.05)。结论胃十二指肠水窗法为提高壶腹癌超声诊断率的有效方法,有重要的临床价值。
Objective To probe the value of gastroduodenal water window in ultrasonic diagnosis of ampulla carcinoma. Methods Sixty-three patients were divided into the conventional ultrasonic examination group（including 35 patients） and the gastroduodenal water window ultrasonic examination group（including 28 patients）, all being detected before and after groups were divided into Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ grades. Results The diagnostic accurate rate of the gastroduodenal water window group after drinking was 96.43%（27/28）, which was markedly higher than that of the same group before drinking and the conventional group which were 60.71%（17/28） and 54.29%（19/35） respectively. The rates of Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲgrades of the ultrasonic examination of the gastroduodenal water window group after drinking were also markedly higher than those of the same group before drinking and the conventional group respectively （all P〈0.01 ）. Yet the diagnostic accurate rates and the rates of Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ grades of the ultrasonic examination of the gastroduodenal water window group before drinking and the conventional group were not markedly different respectively （all P 〉0.05）. Conclusions The gastroduodenal water window ultrasonic examination can effectively raise the ultrasonic diagnostic rate of ampulla carcinoma. It is of significance in the clinic.
