摘要
目的通过体外器官型培养法,研究小鼠眼睑体外生长发育的特点。方法实验用自然开睑前不同年龄的新生C57BL/6 J小鼠,切取彼此融合的上、下眼睑,在琼脂小岛上做器官型培养,动态观察眼睑的外形变化和组织切片H-E染色观察。结果新生小鼠上、下眼睑经过15天的培养均未发生分离,睑裂沟处的细胞凋亡过程未表现出在体情况下的有序性。结论眼睑的分离和细胞的凋亡依赖于整体的神经体液调节,而眼睑局部的细胞无法独立有序地完成整个分离过程。
Objective The eyelids of neonatal C57 BL/6J mouse were cultured in vitro in order to study morphological and historical dynamic change. Methods C57BL/6J mice of different age were used in the experiment. The fused eyelids of the mice were cultured on agar islands and stained using H-E method. Results The eyelids of the neonatal mouse were not reopened after fifiteen days culture. The cells in the junctional zone of the eyelids of the mouse in vitro appear the apoptotic changes not in order like those in vivo. Condusion The process from fusion to reseparation in mouse' s eyelids and apoptosis are dependent on the regulation in vivo, the cells of junctional zone of the eyelids can not finish the separation process in order independently.
