摘要
目的:探讨阴道镜在女性生殖道尖锐湿疣中的诊断价值及其临床意义。方法:应用阴道镜观察175例女性疑为生殖道尖锐湿疣患者,与其病理检查结果进行对比分析。结果:阴道镜诊断尖锐湿疣与病理诊断总符合率达90.9%,阴道镜诊断亚临床型尖锐湿疣与病理诊断符合率达86.9%,误诊率为9.1%,两法差异有显著性(P<0.005)。结论:阴道镜诊断临床型女性生殖道尖锐湿疣的结果准确、可靠,有一定的临床应用价值;其诊断亚临床型女性生殖道尖锐湿疣存在较高误诊率。故可将其作为诊断女性生殖道尖锐湿疣的常规筛选手段,对可疑者再做病理诊断以确诊。
Objective： To study the value of colposcopy in the diagnosis of female genital condyloma acuminatum. Methods： One hundred and seventy-five cases of female genital condylomata acuminata were observed with colposcopy and the result was compared with that of patholcogical study. Results：The accuracy rate was 90.9% in diagnosis of condyloma acuminatum with colposcopy, while it was 86. 996 in diagnosis of subclinical cortdyloma acuminatum. The rnisdiagnosis rate was 9.1%. The results were significantly different by the two methods （P〈 0. 005）. Conclusions：The colposcopy can be used for diagnosis of condyloma acuminatum with a high accuracy rate. But it has a high misdiagnosis rate for subclinical condyloma acuminafum. It may act as a traditional bolting technique, which should be corroborated with pathological study if necessary.
