摘要
通过对涤纶细旦POY丝在定长条件下于100℃~220℃温度范围内热定型,然后测定定型丝的结晶度、取向度、上染量及扩散系数,得到了细旦POY丝微结构随定型温度变化的规律及其对染色性能的影响,并和普通POY丝作了比较。
After thermosetting of fine denier polyester POY fibre at 100-220C under fixed length condition,its crystallinity, orientation,dye--uptake and diffusivity are determined.It is found that the microstructure of fine denier polyester POY changes with iF.ermosetting temperature. Its effect on the dyeing behaviour is discussed and a comparison betwwen fine denier polyester POY and conventional POY made.
