摘要
文章探讨不同浓度的铬(Cr6+)对辣椒(Capsicum frutecensL.)种子萌发的影响,实验结果表明,当Cr6+浓度为5mg/L和10mg/L时,Cr6+对辣椒种子萌发率的影响不大.而高浓度的Cr6+不利于辣椒萌发和生长.Cr6+对辣椒幼根生长的抑制作用大于对芽生长的抑制作用.
In present paper the influences of Cr^6+ at different concentrations on the germination of spice were studied . It shows that Cr^6+ could raise germination percentage, viability, index of seed vigor , the bud growth and root growth when Cr^6+ level was 5mg/L. High level Cr^6+ was harmful to germination and growth of spice . Cr^6+ has bigger inhibition influence on root growth of spice than on its bud .
