摘要
[目的]分析肾综合征出血热(HFRS)疫情分布特点,进一步搞好HFRS防治工作。[方法]对1975～2004年HFRS疫情资料进行分析。[结果]莒南县HFRS发病以男性居多,以中青年发病为主,农民发病占88.34%,地区分布以西部平原地带发病较多,季节发病高峰在10～12月。[结论]莒南县HFRS发病有其特有的分布规律。
[Objective]In order to study the epidemic situation of Haemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome（HFRS）. [Methods]Analysis on the epidemic data of HFRS from 1975 to 2004 in Ju＇nan County. [Results]The male especially the youth and middle age are known as the majority of patients HFRS. The farmer occupies 88.34% ; The patients in Junan county western plain region is more. The popular high peak of HFRS is from 10 to 12 months. [Conclusion]The epidmic of HFRS in Junan County has its special distribute characters.
