深圳市22863例住院患者医院感染的调查 被引量：2

摘要 目的:了解我院住院患者医院感染发生率,以便有效预防和控制医院感染。方法:以卫生部2001年颁发的《医院感染诊断标准》为依据,采用回顾性调查方法,对我院2003年22863位住院患者进行医院感染调查。结果:医院感染率占3.01%,感染部位构成比依次为:上呼吸道占26.92%,下呼吸道占26.42%,皮肤与软组织占10.69%,手术伤口占8.3%,泌尿道占8.3%,胃肠道占7.3%,血液占2.14%,其他占9.94%。结论:只有通过监控和加大医院感染管理力度,采取防范措施,才能有效预防医院感染的发生。
