不同^(131)I剂量对小鼠甲状腺吸^(131)I率和有效半衰期的影响

摘要 目的:探讨不同剂量的131I对甲状腺吸131I率及有效半衰期(Teff)的影响。方法:正常小鼠35只,分成7组,先测定示踪剂量的吸131I率和Teff,然后按每克甲状腺组织分别为30,60,70,80,90,100,170μCi给予治疗量131I,并测定治疗量的吸131I率和Teff。资料处理采用方差分析及q检验。结果:随着每克甲状腺组织131I用量增加,治疗量吸131I率呈下降趋势。170μCi组的吸131I率明显低于示踪剂量吸131I率(P<0.01),其他剂量组未获统计学差异。治疗量与示踪量131I和Teff之间没有显著性差异。结论:随着131I用量增加,治疗量吸131I率呈下降趋势,但131I剂量对Teff没有明显影响。 Objective: To investigate the effects of different dose radioiodine on both ^131I uptake ratio and effective half-life of the mouse thyroid, Methods: Thirty-five mice were equally divided into seven groups, the ^131I uptake ratio and effective half-life were determined in trace and therapeutic ^131I dose. Each group is accepted 30,60,70,80,90,100,170μCi ^131I per gram thyroid respectively.The data were analyzed by Fisher test and q test. Results: With the ^131I dose increase per gram thyroid, mI uptake ratio showed decreasing trend, ^131I uptake ratio of the mice accepted 170 μCi ^131I for per gram showed significant decrease compared with trace dose (P〈0.01). However the therapeutic ^131I dose showed no effect on the effective half-life compared with other dose groups. Gonclusion: Following the use of ^131I dose increasing per gram thyroid, uptake ratios with therapeutic dose shows decreasing trend, but the ^131I dose has no effect on the effective half-life.
