摘要
某石化企业烟气轮机半个月内连续发生三次振动突跳,且有上升的趋势,为确保烟气轮机安全可靠运行,通过在线状态监测对振动数据进行跟踪分析,及时判断故障原因,合理调整、优化机组运行参数,使烟气轮机恢复正常运行。
The vibration of flue gas turbine-expander in a certain petrochemical Industry occurred kicks of three times continuously in half one month,and had the tendency for increase.In order to secure the safe and reliable operation of flue gas turbine-expander,by means of state monitoring in line,the follow-analysis on vibration data was conducted.The failure reason was decided in time.By means of reasonable regulation and optimum.on the operation parameter of set,the normal operation of flue gasturbine-expander was resumed.
