基于可靠度分析的外压薄壁圆筒试验压力系数

TESTING PRESSURE FACTOR BASED ON RELIABILITY ANALYSIS ON INTERNAL PRESSURE THIN WALL CYLINDER

摘要 应用基于概率统计理论的可靠性设计方法,从分析按标准设计的外压薄壁圆筒可接受的临界失稳强度最小可靠度范围角度,对其稳定系数与试验压力系数进行了探索。结果表明:(1)可取稳定系数m大于等于2.65;(2)外压试验压力系数可等于内压试验压力系数。 By the use of reliability design method based on probability statistic theory,by meansof analysis on minimum range of reliability forcritical buckling strength that could be accepted by external pressure thin wall cylinder designed by standard method,its stability factor and tes ting pressure factor were probed.The results denoted that(1)the stability factor may be m≥2.6,(2)the external pressure testing pressurefactor may be equal to internal testing pressurefactor.
